Optometry by the Bay Staff

• Lourdes Recto . . . . "Louie" has worked in the optical industry for 4 years and is a highly trained optician. She recently received a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from SFSU and is completing prerequisites to enter Optometry School in Fall, 2011. Besides running the in-house optical lab at Optometry by the Bay, patients love her because of her frame-styling advise. Louie is fluent in Tagalog.


• Anjelica Rayo . . . . "Jel" is a full-time college student working towards an undergraduate degree that she can use for applying to Optometry School. Another budding future Optometrist. She is already trained as an Optometric Assistant, an Optician, and is handling some of the business side of operations.


• Esmeralda Ledesma . . . . "Lala" is the newest addition to the Optometry by the Bay staff. She has a degree in medical billing, and has extensive customer service experience which will shine through when a patient walks through our door, calls our phone, Besides billing duties, she has entered a comprehensive training program for pre-testing patients, frame selections, and ophthalmic optics. She is fluent in Spanish.


• Jennifer Respicio . . . . Dr. Respicio's spouse of 13 years, Jennifer is the bosses boss. That's all that needs to be said. But seriously, Jennifer is the Chief Financial Officer of Optometry by the Bay, and she keeps Dr. Respicio on the straight and narrow when it comes to expenditures. Jennifer is also fluent in Tagalog and Kapampangan.
